Within our Local Content Plan we rely heavily on the technology acquisition & knowledge transfer plan which is aimed at giving local personnel on the job training, experience and certifications so as to have a higher ratio of local resources in projects awarded. These training and experience are expected to occur locally and in the facilities of our technical partners abroad so as to give our personnel a competitive edge in the industry.
