Through its strategic partnership with North Degrees AS, Romson provides Topside Inspection Services to the Nigerian Oil and Gas Industry.

- Prepare the overall schedule based on the CRT (Cost Resource Time) Sheet.
- Baseline creation once plan approved by customer. Preparation of detailed schedules for engineering, such as subsea, control system, Intervention, & workshop engineering support.
- Attending the daily review meeting and updating the schedule based on the input from lead engineer’s from various engineering department.
- Assist in contracting sub-suppliers.
- Tracking the release date for each document, drawing & Part Number, FAT Procedure.
- Generating the report on Backlog & LOB on weekly basis. Generating the report on weekly basis upon updating and set off the live plan for various engineering department.
- Creating bi-weekly status reports.
- Tracking the Issue punch list for each projects for required action and remedy.
- Re Engineering – Redesigning of existing products
- Design validation such as – Manual Hand calculations, FMEA creation, Design verification, Finite Element Analysis, Tolerance analysis and Stack up drawing.
- Documentation & review – Bill of Material Generation, Technical Procedure creation, that is Assembly Procedure, Mobilization, Demobilization and Test Procedure & Manual Creation with Exploded views
- Our engineering team had a good knowledge on API 6A, 17D,ISO – 13628-1 to -7, NORSOK M101, M501, M710, ASME Sec VIII – Div 2, ASME 14.5, & AWS – A5.4, 2.4
- Highly Qualified and Experienced Personnel
- Personal are having masters or bacholers either in subsea, drilling, marine or machanical.

Romson provides support for equipment owners in the re-certification process.
- Supervise in the manufacturing, inspection and testing of land based and subsea production systems, mainly well intervention, drilling & well control equipment.
- Verification of main overhaul activities and inspections of land based and subsea well intervention and well control equipment according to DNV-RP-E101 “Re-certification of Well Control Equipment” January 2017 or similar authorization body i.e. American Bureau of Shipping, ABS.
- Verify the the quality of the project documentation is in compliance to the project’s specific requirements and identification of shortcomings.
- Risk and Criticality evaluations. Inspection & Test Plans (ITP). Mechanical Completion (MC) for the delivery.
- Welding engineer tasks: WPQR verification for different materials and applications, welders’ certification, advisory services.
- Knowledge and skills related assessment of NDT results and evaluation of reporting in part of UT, RT, MT, PT based on applicable design codes’ acceptance criteria.
